Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time before shipping.

 

Standard Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $50. Tracking information will be emailed when your order is shipped. 

1. Orders below $50 are subjected to a $5.95 shipping fee.
2. We ship across Canada with the exceptions of Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador.
3. We do not offer express shippping. Standard shipping has delivery standard of up to 7 business days to major urban centres in Canada and up to 13 business days to remote centres.
4. Oversize packages (over 73 inch long) could not be shipped to PO Box.

Cancellations

Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
